I've booked a last minute flight to Hess Lake, Michigan to hang out with some old friends of the family, and to party for the 4th of July weekend. Should be great fishing, swimming, and lighting off fireworks. A very welcome change of pace from the average 4th of July here in Kingsville.

I'll be back on monday with some cool photos (hopefully) and a decent tan if it doesn't monsoon like i did last year at the lake.

Life in general is pretty good. I'm on a small break from running for now due to some slight leg issues, but I should be back "on track" by Sunday. The training group for the The Baltimore Half-Marathon starts in 2 weeks, so I'm pumped about that as well. wish me luck, and no more calf issues.
